What User doesn't like about The Bay Cafe:
With only one table for larger groups, our group was split up. This was a little uncomfortable due to the nature of our group. The food I ordered was very ordinary but a few of the group enjoyed at least one course. One of the waitresses was lovely, the other wasn't particularly friendly but warmed up during the night. We had a fantastic experience at the bay cafe. It was our first time dining there, but we will definitely be returning. The food was exceptional, and the dessert platter was one of the best I have ever had. Thank you for a wonderful evening.
My partner i love this place...the food decor has a very retro vibe...we've been more than satisfied with the menu on each visit and we love that it's byo..we also like how half the plate isn't fries...not exactly a venue for families with very young children..which for us is another attraction.. highly recommend giving it a try.
I had not been to the Bay Cafe for a number of years. I took my partner there and she loved it. Even stated that it’s some of the best seafood she has had. Me well it’s was as good as I had had many years ago. Great seafood great service great food and the damper with real butter was a great change to GB. I even bought two gift vouchers for our respective parents for Xmas. Highly recommend.
This is the best seafood platter we've had in years! The seafood and fruit were incredibly fresh, and the service was outstanding.
Amazing seafood platter. Especially loved the fresh prawns and oysters. We will be back!
