What User doesn't like about The Shingle Inn:
My daughter and I went here for a quick coffee break and I havent been here for about 12 months and it has gone backwards. It used to be quite a busy, cheerful and productive place. This time it was quite depressing and apart from another couple we were the only ones there. We visited the restaurant last week and had an excellent experience. The service was great, and the food was served quickly and tasted delicious. We were pleasantly surprised by our overall experience. The staff was very polite, and we have decided to have our meetings there from now on. Thank you.
The service was quick, but I found the portion size to be a bit expensive. The food was delicious, though.
The customer service was mediocre, but the prices were fair and the coffee was excellent. The restaurant had spacious private booths and was very quiet, making it a great spot to work. As a bonus, I received a few complimentary pieces of Rocky Road on my way out.

Friendly and very helpful staff, food great along with service. The attendant who served us went out of her way to help us and encouraged conversation
