Hungry Jack's Burgers Toowoomba

Went through the drive thru today and they stuffed up my burger and I was given barely any chips in my large size packet. I only realised after I got home. I called up to discuss this issue and the manager came across like he didn’t understand what was going on. He didn’t have the best communication skills either. In the end, he gave me a replacement meal which is why I am giving it 3 stars instead of 1.

Not the best drive thru on this one, I do like the location of it as you have a lot of choice for take away. The interior has been updated recently and does look quite nice, I also have nothing negative to say about the food, it's your standard hungry jacks

If only they would teach some of these kids how to smile. They 're representing the brand and are front of house, a smile and a courteous hi , would not go a miss. Also waited for over 5 minutes to be asked forward so they could take my order. Pick your have up HJ Wilsonton.

Fast service at front counter, not just drive thru, friendly polite staff with a can do attitude and another compliment to the food prep worker who actually took pride in his work by putting my burger together neatly instead of a slapped together burger that u have to fix up yourself, and that alone deserves 5 stars, very good experience....

I have not had HJ's for a long while and although it took a while to get the order done, I really can't fault the friendly, upbeat team at order taking and order delivering. 10/10 Hungry Jacks Wilsonton 17/5/2022.
