Disgusting service. Fish, chip and salad meal in front display for $9, asked for it without the salad only to have the lady screw her face up at this. I was then charged $16 and listened to her talk to the man that works there saying "did you hear that guy ask for the fish and chips without the salad, what an idiot so I charged him extra". The elderly gentleman was rude and refused to take our orders just an hour before closing time. I used to be a regular customer, but I won't be returning anymore!
Had lunch at Swains Seafood Salad Bar, the food was done well, with big portions, nicely cooked and overall good service. So why no 5 stars, two words, Allergy Policy. Weird that on the bench top was their policy around how they say if you have any allergies don't eat there. Now understand the owner may have had issues with this, but it just seemed to heavy handed and not necessary. Would recommend for those without allergies. Dietary restrictions: Does not cater for allergies at all do not go if you have any allergies. Parking: Plenty of street parking available. Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair access from the walkway.

It was said that this was a good fish and chip shop, so was looking forward to a family dinner. we have beaten a good feed in the hope for and must say very disappointed by customer service. as it does not exist. if they don't even think about any...thetary requirements, ask, just drive them over. 0 stars
