Guzzle Soda Shack - Tooele

We visited this place on Thursday 6 October at 12 noon. Five stars for the drinks, they were great! I would give NO stars to customer service. Hello! What can I get for you? So? Do you have a great day?? Go on. Nothing happened. We realized when we received our drinks that we had forgotten to order one and order it was a whole order. I think the Gale thought we accused her for the mistake, but we were not at all. We said politely we wanted to have another drink on this order and could get him. It was a very passive aggressive, not beautiful experience from the beginning. Also the drinks were brilliant and the prices are amazing, but only not very friendly staff this day.

The drinks are good but that's about all I can say. the service tends to be pretty slow, they usually close before actual closing time, so far they haven't gotten a drink wrong.

Used to be a really good place to go for a good drink. Not now it takes over 20min to get a drink super slow

FYI their menu online isn't the same as in person and the girl taking the order in the drive thru had nooooo idea what I was talking about... I just asked for simple root beers with vanilla flavoring and she said they only had the kind with butterscotch... so instead of arguing with her I just went with what she allowed me to order. Super annoying. Update... I wrote this while still waiting for my drinks.. and lo and behold.when I got them one of the lids wasn't on all the way and as soon as I grabbed it it spilled all over my lap and my car ?? I won't be coming back. This was an awful experience!
