On Friday 27/01/2023 my wife and I ordered 2 x-large done kebabs with various sauces and 1 x-large mixed kebab's with Doner/chix shish again with various sauces... read more On Friday 27/01/2023 my wife and I ordered 2 x-large done kebabs with various sauces and 1 x-large mixed kebab's with Doner/chix shish again with various sauces and all with full seperate salads and a large chips. Delivery was approx 10 minutes late so the fries were cold and soft but this was easily remedied with 3 minutes in the air fryer. This was the only flaw as the meal itself was absolutely lovely the doner meat was soft and tasty, the chicken shish was moist and the charcoal taste was perfect, the sauces were plentiful not just drizzled on top like other kebab shops, the salads were crisp and fresh, the pitta bread was again soft not overcooked. The meal was altogether lovely would recommend highly. Thank you O YES

When I called to report the issue, the owner was incredibly rude and accused me of lying. He refused to refund my order, yelled at me during the call, and then hung up. This was very disrespectful, and I will not be returning.
