BUT today we were half way through our order and was at... read more We have ordered a few times from here and never had any problems nor have we ever made any complaints.. BUT today we were half way through our order and was at first enjoying it, but then my partner picked up a slice of pizza and there was a dark/black longish hair stuck to the base of the pizza. I rang the store and got a very rude member off staff on the phone with no apology, nothing but well im bald and can send you a picture if you like.. and that it must be my hair!!!! For a start my partner has short thin blonde hair and i have very fine reddish/auburn hair. Also we hadn't taken anything out of the boxes, we were eating from the box so nothing had been moved apart from when we picked the food up to eat it. They sent someone to pick the food up and the driver seemed very polite. The man that i had spoken to on the phone said he would get his manager to phone just after six but we heard nothing so in the end i phoned back at around 5 to 7 to be spoken to very rudely AGAIN and sill NO apology!!!! But offered 20% off our next order.. ok yeh my order only came to £14.99 but £3 off my next order is a DISGRACE!!! I will be contacting the council and the environmental health tomorrow.

Finally approximately nearly two hours later our pizza was delivered it was tasteless and cold please don't waste your money

They usually offer a bonus of some kind if you spend over a cer... read more Tried them 3 times for pizza delivery nothing wrong with the food but don 't trust their offers. They usually offer a bonus of some kind if you spend over a certain amount. Not once has our bonus arrived. The poor guy making the delivery has to front it out as it being an unfortunate error. First time it was fair enough, 2nd was something of a coincidence the 3rd was clearly their policy. How does a business expect to get long term repeat customers when they happily rip them off.
