Being just myself to please, I couldn’t fault the chicken chow mien or the spring rolls. However, I wouldn’t say this is the best Chinese takeout in the area... View all feedback.
What libbz18 doesn't like about Chow Chow Cuisine:
The staff were friendly, but unfortunately, the food was disappointing. The rice was greasy, soggy, and lumpy in a way I've never experienced before. It was a letdown after expecting a delicious treat. Overall, it was an expensive mistake. View all feedback.
Food generally tastes fresh some mistakes/delays but always good quality compared to local competition
This was a terrible dining experience. The noodles were clumpy and stuck together, and the Chicken in yellow bean sauce had a thick, gloopy sauce. Everything tasted of old, moldy cooking oil. When I complained over the phone, the owner blamed my taste buds. I have had many Chinese meals before, so this was insulting. The owner refused a refund until I returned the food. I had to retrieve it from the recycling bin and drive it back to the restaurant. This is not good customer service. I eventually got a refund after all the hassle. I recommend avoiding this place at all costs.

I had a strange experience at this restaurant. The hot and sour soup tasted odd, almost like drinking jelly. The pancake rolls were awful, with hardly any ingredients inside. The chicken balls were overcooked. I only tried this place once and will not be going back.
DO NOT use this takeaway. It is appalling. Tonbridge has loads of great restaurants and takeaways. We decided to give this a try for the first time. I have never had a worse takeaway. Congealed plastic tasting mushroom chow mein, pepper/cheap curry powder flavour Thai green curry. The least horrible dish was the Chicken Satay, but even that was reminiscent of Fray Bentos reconstituted substances of indeterminate origin out of a tin. Incredibly disappointing almost certainly reheated, with some of the food (veggies, noodles) tasted so 'old ' we thought we might end up with food poisoning (we didn 't thankfully). Left nearly all of it and ended my birthday meal with marmite on toast.
