I love this place and it's my favorite. From the pizza to the garlic knots it reminds me of authentic NYC pie. Grab a slice to go, order a whole pizza to take out or sit in the dining area. I've never had a bad experience in this establishment. View all feedback.
What Koh Max doesn't like about Olisi's New York Style:
I ordered on March 11th and the food was horrible there was a mini pool of greese on top of my pizza the wing were to be extra crispy and they were soft with no sauce and the garlic knots didn't even taste of garlic and were stiff, dry and no real flavor and ever since I ate there I feel sick. I will be contacting the health department about this as I am feeling more sick the next day after eating last night warning... View all feedback.
Probably some of the best NY style pizza I 've had! We only got a cheese pepperoni pie but they have a whole host of other flavors to choose from and I cannot wait to try some. Garlic knots were also pretty good, basic knots. The only negative was the wings, too soggy! I think next time (and I 'd recommend to anyone who reads this) I will get them extra crispy. That said, the flavor (medium) was ok. This will definitely be a place we order from on the regular.
The best thin crust NY style in the Amherst area. They're more expensive than the rest, so if I'm ordering anything other than a thin NY style with one or two toppings, I go elsewhere. The pricing is higher than the competition and if anywhere else made a decent NY style for less, I'd order there. I still ×ince when ordering.
This is the best pizzeria around! All of their food is above excellence
I lived downstate for 15 years and the pizza at this place definitely can go toe to toe with anything down there. Has a downstate style menu with things like stromboli, penne alla vodka and garlic knotts. Definitely recommend if you like thin crust, foldable downstate style pizza. You will be disappointed if you prefer Buffalo style pizza with thicker crust, loads of cheese and cup and char pepperoni. However this place is a must try if you like thin crust NYC pizza.
