excellent coffee, sandwiches and tasty. very good service at this place. inside was okay. it was busy at the theke, but they need to send someone to the tables and sitting area to clean up and wipe regularly. Accessibility: an automatic door opener would be a great addition so that someone could enter in a chair on their own faust View all feedback.

it makes me so sad to check tim hortons badly. I drove 8 hours and waited 30 minutes for them to make my order wrong, to accuse me and not to give me my reception. the customer service was rude and inappropriate. do not spoil them tim hortons when they hate their job. transfer to dunkin. The coffee is still Tim's. But what a filthy mess the store is. Come on manager/owner... put soap/sanitizer in the bathroom, wipe the tables, mop the floor. What I could see in the food prep area was in the same unsanitary condition.Used to be a regular here before COVID, was excited to come back, now sadly, I don't think I'll return. ?
Doors were locked with customers inside and no employee opened the door. Not the first time this happened. Would never go back here.
Horrible customer service. Staff was very rude even though I was very nice and patient with them. They put my orders in different places and I did not realize that so I waited at the spot where the finished orders were. I ordered two drinks and food. My food was given to me at the spot where the orders came out. I was waiting for my drinks since I didn’t get them yet, and staff asked me what I was waiting on. I told her what I was waiting for and she then proceeds to rudely point me to one of my drink that was set on top of the counter at the register. I then went back to wait for my second drink patiently and staff rudely asked what I was still waiting for and told her peer if she made “my coffee because she doesn’t know why I’m still there” with an attitude. Then the peer that she was talking to yelled “I only have to hands” towards me. Before and during the whole situation I was patiently waiting and continued to stay calm. I never once rushed them or gave them problems about my orders because I understood how busy they were. I usually don’t write reviews but the way these two staff behaved towards me today was very rude and disrespectful. I will definitely never go there again!
The last two times I have gone to this specific location near my house, the service has been horrible. The first time they got my order completely wrong. That happens, I guess. I called customer service because I drove home and didn't want to drive back to the Tim Hortons location. On hold for 45 minutes and just finally hung up.This time it was a complete disaster. I order an ice cap and smoothie and drove up to the drive through. I scanned my Tims app paying for the order. The female server handed me the smoothie and ice cap. I gave them to my wife and drove away. Had to stop because they were leaking all over my car, clothes, etc. I drove all the way around and handed them back to the host and said these are leaking, can you make me another one.She said they were leaking because of the cap, Ill give you a cup to put those in. I told her, I'm driving, can you do it for me. She took the drinks and seemed to be angry about me asking her to do her job, poured them into another cup spilling it all over the sides leaking all over the place again, and then tried handing them back to me. I looked at her and drove away.I called customer service expecting to get a refund for my order that I left at the restaurant and they were no help at all. They offered me 80 points after spending 30 minutes on the phone collecting information from about the incident.This is my last time buying anything from Tim Hortons, ill pay the extra money and buy from their completers
