I don't know how they manage it, but there always seems to be a wait at this restaurant. I've even seen lines of people in the parking lot before they open. The atmosphere is fun, the servers do line dances, and they offer free peanuts. I particularly enjoy the fresh baked rolls that are available for unlimited consumption. What Monty Stark doesn't like about Texas Road House:
after waiting for 53 minutes (sold 35-45) to be seated. my wife ordered a medium ribeye (well well made) and I ordered a medium good strip steak (creamed ****) I asked server (victoria) when they grilled and cut it slender to cook quickly. I didn't want to wait long. we waited for 10 minutes in the least before my wife victoria asked if she could go to check how she was brewing with table near us. we will not be back... Absolutely loved. From her amazing food to her serving sizes it was the perfect place to eat with friends and family.
Longgg wait time so call ahead. The steak was cooked to perfection just how we requested. Rolls were great, not a fan of cinnamon butter in general but I’m sure most people love it. The service was quick.
This was our first time at this Texas Roadhouse. The wait time was very little and they got our party of five in very quickly. Our waitress had just begun her shift and she was amazing (Jordan) I believe was her name. She was great with the kids and got their food out super quick. The food overall was great! I tried the pulled pork dinner with a side of rice and steak fries. I will for sure be back with the family. Highly recommend!
Food was overall good. But be sure to check with the steak. I ordered medium but it came out well-done. HOWEVER, I was impressed by their service. First, they asked me if I want a new steak. I said it is ok because I understand mistake sometimes can happen and they didn't do it on purpose. So I almost finished the steak. But when we got a check, they took out my menu from the bill which was beyond my expectation. I am not sure how many restaurants can do the same thing, and how many servers try their best to satisfy customers. Therefore, I will definitely visit this place again in the future. Besides my dish, all other dishes were delicious! You should try this branch for real!
