Love this new location! These guys always recognize us when we come through the drive thru, they have our order memorized, and always deliver with a smile! I put 2 for food because I honestly think food from Starbucks is a waste of money (small portions, not the greatest aside from bakery items). Overall though these guys are great! I have been going to Starbucks for 20 years and the staff at this location is the MOST UNFRIENDLY, MISERABLE, UNCARING staff I have ever encountered. 6:10 am and I am the only person in there. The manager is filling forms at the register and COMPLETELY IGNORES ME. If i could rate zero stars here i would! the management here is the worst i have ever seen and honestly aren’t deserving of the job. they treat their employees TERRIBLE. a rude customer threw a drink at a worker and the manager did not do a single thing about this incident. they need to be fired it is workplace misconduct. when will we hold them accountable for treating their staff like they don’t matter????????

The staff needs to be trained properly. I waited 45 minutes for two drinks. There was 9 employees working. 5 refunds were issued during my wait as customers who ALREADY waited 30+ minutes would no longer wait.
