Louie's Foot Long Hot Dogs - Tonawanda

Used to love Louies...sadly, its food has become inedible...ordered red hots... they were hard and overcooked...the onion rings were burnt and tasteless...the French fries were soggy like they were left in water...even the gravy tasted old...everything we ordered was terrible...we threw it all out...will not be returning to Louies again.

I’ve been going to Louie’s for years. Went today and the service was horrible I had to wait 40 minutes for a hot dog, hamburger and two fries. Hot dog was burnt and they put the wrong condiments on it. The fries were horrible. Too thin to be called fries. I won’t be returning to this establishment Parking: At least 10 parking spots. I never expected to give such a low rating here, but I attribute it to the new owner. We witnessed an employee eating while preparing food! Our order was incorrect. I don't like that you can't place your order until you reach the register, but I appreciated that they started preparing our order right away when we walked in. Some of the employees were rude. The food quality has declined. Unfortunately, I have to end my tradition of eating here. Overall, the service was a 2, the atmosphere was a 2, and the food was a 1. The price per person for lunch is $10-20.

Their sweet potato curly fries are good. I don't eat hot dogs burgers. You can sit outdoors or the covered patio. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
