Staryy Zamok - Tomsk

At first I thought that the institution was very pretentious and only for white jackets . But... it turned out to be the other way around. The facility is very classy, ​​interesting and cozy. My family and I were on the summer veranda, I can say that a green corner, where the atmosphere of nature, as if you were not in a restaurant, but somewhere in the middle of a field with daisies. The dishes are very tasty, satisfying and beautiful. It was prepared quickly and served, everything gradually, first appetizers with drinks, then salads and lastly hot dishes. The staff is very polite and hospitable. I advise anyone who just wants to spend time in a relaxed atmosphere or celebrate some date.

The kitchen has gotten much worse. All old reviews are no longer relevant. The food is not worth the money at all. We ordered different dishes for the company, both lamb and beef they were all not tasty, the quality of the meat was noticeably low. Khachapuri pleased me, but the cheese was not of the highest quality. In general, the establishment has one advantage location. The owners of this restaurant need to seriously improve/improve the quality of their food...

Terrible customer service experience. We made a reservation but arrived to find no one at the restaurant, only people in the kitchen smoking. We waited 10 minutes before leaving. When we called an hour later, we were told that no one had shown up for work. How does the administrator not know their employees are missing for 2 hours? We ended up going to another restaurant because we were hungry. The next day we tried to speak with the administrator in person, but she was not there. Disappointing management - they should pay more attention to who they hire.

The decor is lovely and the staff is extremely polite and friendly. Out of all the places we visited in Tomsk, this was our favorite experience. You can tell that the food is cooked fresh and with passion. The staff is happy to help and offer suggestions, making you feel right at home. We will definitely be visiting them again on our next trip to Tomsk.

This place is perfect! It's nice and they have live music on weekends. The kitchen is wonderful. Today, I came to experience their magical mulled wine on a cool autumn evening.
