I even tried calling customer service, but there was no response.

I ordered rice from this seller through Amazon, and not only did they send me different items, but the expiration dates on both packages were also erased. While... read more I ordered rice from this seller through Amazon, and not only did they send me different items, but the expiration dates on both packages were also erased. While I wait for a response from the seller, I want to caution anyone thinking about buying from this shop. They do not accept returns, replacements, or refunds! To make matters worse, writing a review was not allowed! Customer service is nonexistent; no one answers the phone, and the voicemail is full.

I had a probl... read more Customer service is a dying art....but these folks haven't forgotten. As a small business owner we try to prioritize doing right by our customers. I had a problem with delivery on my first product order, it was a bit of an odd situation and they could have told me they were sorry and cut the cord, they didn't. Not only were they kind, but tried to help me track the order down andwent above and beyond to try and make things right, though this was no fault of theirs. I'm truly impressed and proud to do business with Organic Sphere and look forward to doing so in the future. Thank you!
