My husband dislikes sending food back or making anyone uncomfortable, so we chose not to mention it and simply didn’t eat it. After that experience, we decided we wouldn't return again. Yesterday, we intended to go to a different restaurant nearby, but it was closed for Labor Day. Since we were hungry, we reluctantly decided to try this place again. We ordered queso, but my son immediately noticed a long hair in it. At that point, I was done and asked my husband to send it back. The staff apologized, but it’s just unacceptable. The employee was very kind, and I know it’s not her fault, but it makes me wonder if they don’t use hair nets. If this has happened to us twice, how many other customers have faced the same issue? Additionally, I felt that the quality of food had declined. The chips seemed thin, my nachos looked different, and the beef had an off smell. It’s disappointing because we love the other Natalita’s locations, but this one is just down the street from us. Despite our frustrations, we tipped the server well because she shouldn’t have to suffer due to the kitchen staff's mistakes. Please do better.
