A local tradition for years. This woman/man duo serves ingenious donuts, colaches and sandwiches with the best setting and greatest smiles that are unmatched by chains and franchises. This is the place that makes you proud to be in America View all feedback.
What Wes Steph Kelley doesn't like about Max's Donuts:
Went today (Sunday) at 6:15 am. All they had were raised glazed and chocolate glazed. We were disappointed they didn't have more of a selection. If you open at 5:30 why wouldn't you have all the doughnuts available? Nice ppl just no doughnuts on the shelf. View all feedback.

Excellent Donut Shop with good donuts and GREAT Kolaches. Some of the Kolaches are brushed with butter that made the deal for me. Boudain, Chappel Hill Sausage, Croissant Breakfast Sandwiches and all standard Kolaches also. People are super friendly. We were the only people who were sitting at the time, and they brought us free doughnuts. Much better than the chains. Shipley's Kolaches don't compare because they have fat sausage with something that gives me a stomachache. Go to Ma's and you'll be glad you did it. Happy Tummy!
This sweet little donut shop is managed by a very sweet pair so underestimated! We love the quality of these donuts! Very recommended!
This is one of the hidden treasures of Houston, the food is delicious and they have a variety of delicious breakfast sandwiches as well. An absolute must stop when you're in the area!
Ma's Donuts has been here throughout my entire Texas life. It's the best part of it in my opinion. Ma'a donuts has always been my favorite and my go to place for donuts. 20/10, the lady there is so sweet as well!!!! Some of the best donuts around and a friendly face to meet you there too! She made many school days so much sweeter
