The server was attentive, making sure we had everything we wanted. Cook actually got my hashbrows just like I asked! Scattered and extra, extra crispy (almost burnt). I've had a lot of hashbrowns from many different places, and most are afraid to do it or get the outside crispy, but inside is the normal mushy (not scattered). My compliments to the chef. Chicken fried chicken was excellent.
