I haven’t tried the hot dogs yet, but the french fries they make are perfectly salty, warm, and crispy. My 5 year old devoured his kids hot dog in seconds, so It seems they are really good too. View all feedback.
What Morgan Whitney doesn't like about Dexter's Dogs:
My husband tried on an afternoon when no one else was there but us and it still took 20 minutes for them to make his grilled cheese hot dog. The hot dog was nasty. The dude with the glasses is rude af, won't be going back if he's there. Decent chili dog.

Unbelievable — not even worth including on the menu if that 's what customers can expect from a 'gourmet ' hot dog place.

Looked like a normal hotdog and bun and the bread didn’t seem very fresh. I did enjoy eating the Chicago dog tho. It’s hard to find any hot dog place around here anymore. I’ll go again if the kids want to but I do like 403.
So I really wanted to write a good review because the woman who was running the show is genuinely a nice person but unfortunately I just can't . I ordered a Chicago Dog with a side of onion rings and two grilled cheese sliders for my kids. First off, it took nearly 45 minutes to prepare and it was the only order at the time. The hot dog was on an generic bun that was exposed to air for a while because it was kind of crusty and fell apart in four pieces as soon as I picked it up. The hot dog itself was like a shriveled up hot dog that you would expect from a gas station. There was no relish on it and the sport pepper tasted stale. I was highly disappointed for the $8.00. Moving on to the onion rings, they were way undercooked, and for the price there were only about six onion rings, very disappointing. The grilled cheese sliders were nothing to write home about, it was neat that they were made of waffles but the kids said they didn't really taste like anything and that the one I make at home were a lot better. Overall I feel I could have drove home made everything myself in 1/3 of the time, it would have tasted better and I could have save the money and taken the kids out for ice cream instead. Hopefully the quality increases or I don't see the business surviving with so many other places in the price range that knock it out of the park on food quality. I'll watch the reviews and if I see some consistent positive reviews I will give them another shot but until the I will spend my money elsewhere.
