When pl... read more The food quality at this restaurant is good, but the customer service is lacking. Since the pandemic, the staff's customer service skills have declined. When placing a pickup order, they take the customer's number and provide a pickup time frame. However, if the customer doesn't pick up the food on time, there is no reminder given. They collect phone numbers for orders but allow them to pile up in the lobby area. When calling in, a 15-minute wait is considered reasonable.

Despite that, we tried to eat it but it tasted nothing like Chinese food and was overly salty. It was the worst Chinese food I have ever tasted. The rice was okay but that was the only thing we could eat. We ordered several dishes that ended up being wasted. I suggest going somewhere else as the food was absolutely terrible.
