The flavors of each plate were clear instead of all one variant of it. I was particularly pleased with the freshness of the Bohnsprouts, especially as it is really hard to get them locally fresh. A note: If you drive in cold weather, take an additional layer. The restaurant is well ventilated, which I appreciate, but this caused exhaustion of cold air in the middle of the room. I was fine, but my husband felt really cold at the end of the meal.
