The food was below average, and the ice cream was particularly terrible – it tasted stale and was completely icy. Unfortunately, the service matched the quality of the food. I encountered two rude staff members: one who took our order at the counter and another behind the bar. Both exhibited poor attitudes and seemed to lack any customer service skills. Overall, I would rate this experience a 1 out of 10. I've visited before and had a much better experience, but today was very unsatisfactory. I won’t be returning or recommending it to others. I expected sliced BBQ beef in the beef roll, but it actually came with two meat patties; thankfully, there was gravy to help it out. The salad was disappointing—sad and soggy. If you're considering takeaway, I recommend saving your money. The fish and chips on the other hand was very tasty. absolutely fantastic venue for entertainment. the live musician today had a great positive attitude and his energy invigorated the crowd. The staff were also very friendly and welcoming. overall smoky Dans is a great place for everyone if you’re looking for good food, drinks and entertainment.
