I think they wanted to make the room for people who are Staying longe... read more We had a reservation and the a hats took it upon themselves to cancel it.. why. Who knows. I think they wanted to make the room for people who are Staying longer. When I called she just said to bad and no that's not why... They don't use on line bookings.....hmmmm funny how I have a comfermation and booking number. FYI!!!NEVER BOOK WITH THIS PLACE. I did in the spring and now we are screwed.no place to stay

The desk area/lobby is ALL DARK... read more I thought it was a given to have a phone in your room emergency's do happen !! And after 5 p.m. No one is anywhere to b found !! The desk area/lobby is ALL DARK.. no one around ! When I came in with my service animal..I was asked 20 questions inapporiate /illegal questions about my disability. The lights are buzzing above both beds and the owners don't answer the phone. My husband and I both have disability's and we were badgered the whole time while brining bags in the room.

Our family just returned from an incredible week in the newly renovated Bridge Inn and enjoyed everything about our stay. The rooms are large, thoughtfully laid out, and very clean, and the lobby is a great meeting place stocked with amenities. Televisions and internet worked exceptionally well. The location can't be beat: incredible views (from well-appointed patios or balconies); wonderful restaurant next door; walking distance to groceries, ski show, parks, Dairy Queen, and more. Check-in and check-out are both seamless, and the staff is exceptionally friendly and accommodating. A huge thanks to outstanding hosts Muna and Jim for their beautiful restoration of this Tomahawk landmark. The care with which you treat your guests and thoughtful attention to detail is truly appreciated by our whole family. I highly recommend staying at the Bridge Inn anytime you get to the Northwoods.
