Our top choice for a dairy indulgence! Dietary restrictions: If you're lactose intolerant, this is NOT the place for you—LOL. Parking: It can be difficult to find a spot when it’s busy. Kid-friendliness: They offer kids' meals and ice cream options! Wheelchair accessibility: Yes, it is accessible, but it can be tricky to navigate when the place is crowded. There are three entry doors, which helps. Just a note—the men’s restroom might be challenging to access at certain angles. There’s also an outdoor patio area available.
The restaurant lacks accountability for its staff. My friend ordered his meal, and when it was my turn, I requested the exact same thing: a double deluxe with fries and an extra side of cheese curds. When the food arrived, I was informed by a young worker that my order wasn’t on the receipt, so I needed to pay for it before they could give it to me. I decided not to pursue it. Additionally, I asked for my burger without tomatoes, but guess what? It came with tomatoes anyway. I removed them and was then confronted by a manager who suggested that I might have taken my friend’s burger! This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable. I won't be dining here again.
Always good food at Culver's. My wife and I got the Strawberry Fields and Cranberry Cordon Bleu salads plus a turtle sundae. Everything was fresh and delicious. The small sundae was pretty big and had a great quantity of crunchy cashews. Would definitely go again. Parking: Large lot with plenty of space
