Кухня действительно одомашненная , цены низкие, порции средние. Забежать поесть можно, но ещё раз я бы не вернулась.

Но вот сервис... он просто отсутствует. Заказали стол на 19.00,пришли в 19.15, а стол, не готов, говорит подождите, сейчас приберу. Нас обслуживала официантка, молодая девушка,может она совсем не давно работает, незнаю. Много конечно было не приятного, в сфере обслуживания, но ввиду своего др, я отнеслась ко всему адекватно. Заказы принимала не правильно, приборы принесла грязные, заказ принесет, а вилок нет,и так 3 раза подряд, т.е мы сами каждый раз спрашивали, девушка ,а можно вилочку?! Так же с бокалами. Я показала паспорт, сказали, что 10 скидка будет, по итогу нас расчитали без скидки, сказали, что возврат сделать они не могут уже. Администратор к нам так и не подошел, звали его 3 раза. В итоге в конце уже, девушка принесла нам от заказа. Унесли салат, который кушали, человек просто вышел покурить. 1 заказ вообще принесла чуть ли не через 2 часа,роллы у них там где то потерялись на кухне. Ну Много вот таких вот моментов, все описывать лень. Хочется сказать, что жаль,очень жаль,сервиса ну просто нет, при такой то вкусной кухни. Не уж то директор не видет этого, и не замечает? Обратите внимание на отзывы клиентов,замените обслуживающий персонал, или проведите чек лист,как нужно работать в такой сфере. Такой официант, так, никогда себе на чаевые хоршие не заработает.
