What Rubén M doesn't like about Benedetti's Pizza Colón Toluca:
The place is ok, just like any other franchise place; however the clerk's were just chit chatting and failing to take orders accurately. This lady who took my order had to ask at least 3 times what was I getting, and in the end messed up when delivering bread pieces. I'd understand if they were managing a drive thru or if the place was crowded, but this was not the case... Customer service here was plain bad. View all feedback.
