El Restaurante El Frontón es famoso por su deliciosa alubia de Tolosa, que es sin duda la estrella del lugar. Se sirve con las mejores alubias seleccionadas por el restaurante, guindilla de Ibarra, morcilla casera de Beasain, tocino ibérico y berza.
