You need to call to access the delivery area. The process is quite rigorous. After 15 minutes, you can unload. A very pleasant worker will come to collect the paperwork. During our stay, one of the bathrooms in the unit was in poor condition, and we were forced to use it for almost the entire lease term. Unfortunately, both Ed Eisele and the agent, Candace Hard, displayed a lack of professionalism. When we requested the return of the remainder of our deposit, we were met with threats about finding further damages to justify withholding more of our money.
