This Firehouse Sub ??? is always super clean and no lines to wait. Every time I've visited this establishment, it's always empty, which is fine since there's always plenty of seating and your food is done quickly. Love the Fireman ??decor all around the place. I ordered online. My sandwiches were missing ingredients. One of the sandwiches they didn't even cut the meat. I called to add something to my order and they didn't identify who they were when I called. Just answered with a hello. When my order was picked up a male employee was rude when asked for extra sauce. He threw it at the person picking up the order. This place used to be great and now I don't want to go back....
