Filiberto's Mexican Food - Tolleson

The staff at this restaurant is very welcoming and eager to please. They have a great attitude and are always up for some small talk. It's clear that they are hardworking. The food was served hot, but the Asado chicken burrito was a bit dry. However, the overall taste was exceptional. The slow-cooked chicken is amazing, but sometimes it seems like different cooks prepare it. I still enjoy their food overall, especially the roasted jalapenos and salsa verde, which are fantastic.

I ordered their five tacos which included Asada, Pollo, Lengua, Tripa, and Carnitas. The Asada was flavorful but a bit dry, while the Pollo was also tasty but on the dry side. The Lengua was flavorful, moist, and delicious. The Tripa was cooked perfectly, crispy, and full of flavor. The Carnitas were very flavorful, tender, and had crispy edges. I would definitely come back to order again. The facility was great and the restrooms were clean. I enjoyed listening to the staff joking with each other throughout the day. The Horchata was a bit on the sweet side, so I recommend letting the ice melt to balance it out.

I absolutely adore the staff at this restaurant! They are always friendly and efficient in getting your order to you promptly. I frequently order delivery from here and have never encountered any issues. I highly recommend this location, you won't be disappointed!

First time coming to this location and it was pretty good, had the veggie burrito and some side order of fries and a large lemonade with light ice. And all was good the burritos are huge here I forgot how big Filiberto’s burritos are, it’s been about a year and months since I ate at Filiberto’s…but I decided to try this spot in Tolleson and it was good, And inside wasn’t busy and I sat down and ate and enjoyed. That’s it, oh and they got 2 tvs mounted on the walls for u to watch tv as u eat too which is Kool.

Food is good! Staff have always been friendly and resturant is always clean.
