Was pretty disappointed with Bomboba. I waited nearly 30 minutes for two drinks that were pretty pricey. There are plenty of other Boba places around Phoenix that are much better and cheaper.

This is an excellent tea shop, especially because they of their Taro Coconut Milk Tea, which is really hard to find! I would highly recommend! The staff is very friendly and willing to help you decide what you want.

The first time I tried this place it was fantastic.. like to the point that I thought about having it again, every day since lol. Service was fast, the cashier was very nice, the flavor and ratios were great…and although it’s overall a bit pricier than other places i’ve been, it actually felt worth it. This time, however, I waited about 25 minutes, and man was it a waste. The drink literally tasted like watered down whole milk, it was half ice, and the $1.50 boba was looking more like a 25 cent serving. For a little over $8 after tax that inconsistency is depressing. (These are tough times and my little drinky drinks are all i’ve got to make it bearable, you know? I guess just find a time to go when it’s NOT busy and they’ll spend more time on each order. On the plus, I personally, have lost the craving altogether.

Hidden gem!!!! I was with a kiddo at therapy, and wanted a boba. I looked up spots near me, and saw a few. The reviews weren’t very high, but the pictures from others is what caught my attention. The customer service was great! The atmosphere was fun, clean, and lots to look at! I loved the designs so much! I got a coffee milk tea, and the employee asked me if I wanted boba in it. I had never tried boba in my coffee, and they convinced me to try it since they make their OWN BOBAAAA! I tried it out, and let me tell you… it was SO good!! Literally this place is a must try! They have so many options, and food as well. I will definitely be back!
