Jollibee - Toledo City

Served us undercooked chicken sandwich. We complained to the manager about the meat, but instead the manager insisted that it 's supposed to be juicy . Upon inspecting at home, we confirmed that it is indeed undercooked. The meat was still slimy and stiff. Super disappointed, as we were a loyal customer of this place but the attending manager (Male March 4, 2023 6:00PM) immediately kept dismissing our concern and the safety of our health. I 'm really confused about this behavior as it really doesn 't take more than a minute to check if the meat was indeed undercooked while we were there but they wont even touch it to inspect it closer. Really disappointed about the unprofessional conduct of this place. Would not recommend dining here and if you do, and you recieved undercooked food, I would recommend posting photos here for others to also be aware.

Jolibee has always been part of my growing up experience. Even now, I still enjoy and love the foods they serve. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

The place is okay. Not crowded during our visit and was served right away. Located near the sea port which is convenient for travelers to and from San Carlos City. Service: Take out Meal type: Brunch

This location is always busy, but the line moves quickly. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch
