A very creative modern Spanish restaurant in the edge of Ginza. The roots of Toki goes to the destiny restaurant Akordu in Nara. This restaurant’s uses foods produced in Nara and arranged it into a magical Spanish food. I think the level of fusion is such that this is in sense not really Spanish, but really a modern yet folklore like cooking. Every dish is something new, yet something nostalgic. And more than everything, it tastes good in the way as if you are traveling in Nara or Spain, on the terra. The restaurant also has a bar, where you can enjoy pinchos. Both restaurant and bar is well connected inside the space and felt like I was in well crafted spaceship in a sense. Last but not least, the quality of service. Such a warm, welcoming style. I just keep coming back here, really. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ¥10,000+ Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
