I particularly appreciated the wine pairing approach, with smaller pours and a broader selection, which complemented the meal’s progression nicely. The dishes themselves were well-cooked, balanced, and delicious throughout. One minor area for improvement: we did feel a bit rushed between courses, which slightly detracted from the overall experience.
