Well if you are like me who happened to read the reviews and decided to pop by here, let me warn you that this ramen is nothing special. They serve wanton (soup dumpling with meat), and pork together with miso based soup? There's not much customization you can do (if you are comparing this to Ichiran) but prices here are very affordable. I ordered their main speciality (700yen) together with 2 siew mais (pork dumpling) and it only cost me less than 900 yen. Take note this place is extremely small so you might have to queue for a good 10-15 min. Toilet is tiny (yes, not even small) so my tip for you is don't sit close to the toilet towards the end. Otherwise you will suffer when people walk past you. Average ramen unless you are looking for cheap alternatives.
Tried the wonton noodles here after reading such great reviews (price is now 600 ¥ . wontons were not bad, noodles firm and soup was very flavourful. HOWEVER, I could not say the same for the staff. The main chef? was respectful and professional but the other two in the back ... I caught one of them taking a PICTURE of me and trying to be discreet about it. He stood right in front of me with his arms crossed and phone up and snapped a picture and then showed the other guy who gave him a pat on the back! no stars were taken off as I am rating the overall quality of the food but I'd suggest if you are a tourist or maybe simply a female, sit in the front and not near the back!!
At first I did not understand but you have to order and pay outside at the restaurants door. The Ramen was SO good! And the price too! 400 Yen for the below.
Sensational ramen for the lowest price I've had it for. Their cheapest ramen being 400円. Definetly recommend this if you're in Asakusa! You might have to wait in line for a bit, but it will be worth it.
