We tried the mabo tofu and the fried wheat proteins (kuruma fu), and both were very good. Also had an interesting discussion with the owners, who are not only into healthy and earth/animal-friendly food, but also support renewable energy systems and other community initiatives for sustainability.

The owner speaks little English but is so kind prepares all the food himself. There is no menu just a set lunch. We had miso soup, brown rice, a salad, capsicum, eggplant, daigon, carrot a onion spring roll. Everything was seasoned with amazing flavour. We also got a drip iced coffee.

When I inquired about vegan options on the menu, I was told that everything is vegan, so it seems like they have transitioned to being a fully vegan establishment. I believe they also cater to families.
