Edit as of 1/2/2023: They updated the menu again and now there is nothing vegan marked on the menu. The staff said the only option was a salad to to order minus the salmon. : Edit: they recently updated the menu with lots of vegan options! I uploaded new pictures Quiet and cute cafe in the basement of Takashimaya. There’s not a ton of vegan places in this neighborhood so I was glad to see they added more vegan friendly dishes to the menu. Allergens are clearly labeled. I’ve tried the curry and taco rice and both are good, a little spicier than I expected them to be! I also saw a non-fish burger on the menu but it appears to just be vegetarian. I’ve seen the menu change a few times so it’s possible they will continue to update it. Updated from previous review on 2020-01-29
There are plenty of options and the food was surprisingly tasty. A full and balanced meal. We tried all the vegan dishes and they were superb.
One of the very few places with vegan options in the Futako Tamagawa area. The food is good, but not excellent. I was really excited to try the purple sweet potato mont blanc cake, but found the cake itself too dry and crumbly, the sweet potatoes undercooked, and the price way too high. The vegetable hamburg steak with tomato demi-glace sauce plate was pretty good though. I am often in the area, but keep forgetting that this restaurant is there. I do want to go back and try their burgers though.
The food itself, if it had a slightly bigger portions would be perfect! Updated from previous review on 2022-01-15
