But it would be nice to make it a bit cheaper, to be able to compete with the regular dorayaki price ~200 300 yen). Or maybe to have some discounts in case if buy2 3 items.

After looking at them, I found that they had mad... read more A few years ago I read about this store in a vegan/vegetarian guide from Tokyo in a small independent bookshop. After looking at them, I found that they had made soy milk and soy cream and no eggs, their dorayaki with honey. I found their Instagram and made them a very positive comment about how excited I was that they did not use milk and eggs, but disappointed at the same time as I did not get to eat a Dorayaki because of honey. I suggest they do something with agaven or maple syrup. Over a year later I found out that they all went vegan!!! I went right there and tried her incredibly delicious strawberry Spiela dorayaki. So happy to finally have a vegan version of this famous Japanese dessert available in Tokyo!
