Sauces were so watery I couldn't taste the difference between the grease and the sauce. You get small plate of chips small coleslaw to go with the burger. Price starts at 2800 and up. Not worth it. It came stacked a mile high, and served with a small plate of fries, and lettuce bacon salad, which arrived before the burger. The fries were good, crispy, but tasted a little like onion. The actual burger was beautifully cooked, smashed texture and super juicy. The brioche bread was nice and crispy and it all came presented in a nice Texas star plate. Finished with a. Complementary after dinner cold Japanese tea, super floral and refreshing. The atmosphere and service were nice. The restaurant is on the third floor so look up when you get close. The price is about $20 for the burger and fries, reasonable for the quality. If you have a hankering for a burger, this place won’t disappoint. Also came with a side of crunchy... read more We both ordered the Normal Cheeseburger and it was absolutely delicious, super juicy flavourful with a hot crispy toasted bun. Also came with a side of crunchy and delicious fries. We arrived around half an hour before they closed on a monday night and it was quite quiet with only one other table of 3. Aldebaron has a classic, cozy and laid back vibe and our waiter was very friendly and helpful.
