Amazing location and beautiful scenery with all the trees. Staff was very helpful and friendly, especially our snow boarding and skii instructors. The spa баня and massage were fantastic great experience for the whole Russian trip though a bit pricey for 2 hrs of total stay in the spa.

There were alot of activities to do for kids . But the only thing we didt like is to push our luggages when we leave the hotel at 8.30 A.M the car was not available .

Too many cards are issued to be used in the resort; not practical at all. Cards get lost; why not have one card for everything? 2. Breakfast: very modest for the price you charge. Especially bad coffee and good coffee is for an extra charge really? 3. Breakfast tram is less professional, too. 4. Finally, bathrooms. No counter space at all. Nowhere to put toiletries, makeup or anything one brought for personal use. No extra hooks please fix.

In 2020 we were in Maldives and 2021 Dubai. (In Dubai we used to stay at Burj Al Arab) The forest looks rich.
