1909 Kitchen – Tofino Resort Marina

This was an incredible experience!!! We loved our room!! It was incredibly clean and we were thrilled it had laundry!!! It was a 10 minute walk to the grocery store so we were able to cook our own food.We booked the ultimate adventure package as part of our room deal and it was the best decision we made!!From the moment we arrived. The office staff answered all our silly questions so we were properly prepared for the next day.Cali was an incredible guide. She went above and beyond with our tour. Cali was excellent with kids and chatted with them throughout the whole trip!Cali was very knowledgeable and respectful of the land and animals that we were viewing. I would highly recommend requesting her as your guide.I would highly recommend the Tofino Resort and Marina. It was a breathtaking and life changing experience!

The floating sauna experience the Tofino Resort Marina offers is absolutely amazing. The entire experience was so special and we cannot recommend it enough! The boat ride out to the sauna was quick and easy. The waters were very calm and our captain was so knowledgeable. Since the sauna is tucked away from the open ocean, the water is quite mild and felt more like a lake. It was the perfect way to cool off after being in the hot sauna. The extra amenities on the sauna dock also allowed for everyone in our large group to do their own thing and have enough space to relax. The SUP boards, rope swing, kayaks and built into the deck hammocks above the ocean were perfect. It was truly the best way to spend an afternoon! I would highly recommend bringing food or snacks as we did. And extra water is supplied in a large Yeti cooler but bring more then you think! Don't wait to book this amazing experience, you will return to Tofino feeling so relaxed and one with nature.

Beautiful location and always woke up to a beautiful view! Glad that they provided a couple granola bars and coffee!Service was a bummer sometimes, we had to call 3 times about an issue until they finally fixed it. The front desk man wasn’t the most friendly and I could tell he didn’t seem to care about us much from interaction, the ladies were friendly! Walls are very thin, so you will hear your neighbours! We were on a higher floor, so privacy was easier. However, I can’t speak much for people on low floors as if you wanted natural lighting, you will be seen by everybody outside haha otherwise wish that there was more to do around inside the “resort” itself but a nice stay regardless!

I recently went on the floating sauna with Tofino Resort Marina and it far exceeded my expectations! As a local who lives in the area, I have had the privilege to experience many of the adventures in the Tofino area, and this was definitely at the top! The boat ride to and from the sauna was beautiful, the boat was very nice and comfortable and the captain was very personable, knowledgeable and great to chat with. Overall, it was a great experience that I would highly recommend and definitely do again! Thank you TRM team!

Fantastis journey with Dave. We saw Orca’s, grey whales and otters. Dave’s knowledge of the area and animals is superb. The journey in the 600hp powerhouse of a boat was just amazing. Our kids loved it and so did we. If you visit Tofino and want to go whalewatching, Tofino Resort Marina Adventure is the way to go.
