I was particularly impressed by the outstanding quality of the food: fresh, regional, organic, and prepared with great care. You can simply taste the emphasis placed on quality ingredients and sustainability, from breakfast to dinner. Tönning itself is a wonderful place to unwind and leave everyday life behind. The peaceful location, the proximity to nature, and the relaxed atmosphere make the stay a true escape. At the BE BIO Hotel, you feel welcome and well cared for from the very first moment. The team is warm, attentive, and always helpful. Together with the comfortable rooms and the healthy, delicious food, this creates a perfectly harmonious experience. I would love to return and can wholeheartedly recommend the hotel.

My girlfriend had the half... read more I went to Tween with my girlfriend. The beef fillet was cooked to perfection, and the Brussels sprouts were also highly recommended. My girlfriend had the half duck, tender and juicy. The red wine was delicious and made us want more. So we spontaneously decided to stay overnight at the adjoining hotel. The dessert was also a highlight. I'd eaten at Tween before – around Christmas time, when I had a very good beef fillet. Now we were back again, and I had a Café de Paris rump steak. Again, it was excellent. Perfectly cooked, with a great sauce and very pleasant roast potatoes. The service was once again attentive and relaxed, accompanied by a very good red wine. The beautiful location on the Eider River and the tranquil atmosphere are simply perfect. My impression from the last visit was confirmed: consistently good food and a harmonious overall experience. After dinner, we stayed overnight at the adjoining hotel – that was also very pleasant. We'll be back.

I would give breakfast 3 star... read more The Tween restaurant is truly a great place! We stayed at the organic hotel for five days and had both breakfast and dinner there. I would give breakfast 3 stars – the buffet could be a bit more varied; there's definitely room for improvement there. For dinner, however, I give it a full 5 stars! I was truly pleasantly surprised – from the appetizer to the dessert, everything was delicious and harmoniously balanced. I particularly enjoyed the lamb.
