this is a beautiful restaurant with great staff. When we saw the menu first, there were many meat options, but the cook came by and asked us what we wanted. she has our vegan / vegetarian needs and it was amazing. Recently I ate a wonderful vegetarian option at los consuelos that they should try, especially if they are looking for something tasty. the place has other veg-dishes in the menu they will enjoy. Do not forget to speak with chef anet, they might have a nice recommendation.
