It was our 36th anniversary, and it is right around the corner, so we got the day pass for the hottub and pool, and the chef prepared a 3-course vegan meal that was superb. Currently struggling to get ahold of anyone at the resort. Have it booked for 40 people and have messaged and called every contact point I can and waited days. Would love to still use the place and cancel this review but need answers to my questions first. View all feedback.
Bonitas y cómodas habitaciones a poca distancia del centro de la ciudad. Zona tranquila y segura. La piscina y el jardín son bonitos y limpios. Aunque hay pocas habitaciones, la zona común es tranquila y relajante. No hicieron limpieza en la habitación durante nuestra estadía de cuatro noches. El desayuno no era el mejor, pero hay muchas opciones cercanas. El personal es amable y servicial, sin duda nos alojaríamos allí de nuevo.

Very disappointed with this hotel. Maybe our bad luck but the pool was filthy could not enter into it and the jacuzzi was not working. Miguel who works there was very empathetic. I feel taken advantage of staying here. Rooms have comfortable beds, standard size. Walls were dirty. Would not recommend staying here for the price. Location: 1
