We have been going to Mullinella for years, either for special occasions or for regular meals. It is always really good and pleasant, with good service and friendly faces. There is a garden for when it is not too hot and an air conitioned dining room. View all feedback.
What Michele L doesn't like about La Mulinella:
I went for lunch today here with my mother and daughter. We each ordered a pasta. My daughter got pomodoro, I got ragu and my mother had mushroom. Both my daughter and I enjoyed our lunch. My mother found her spaghetti to be over cooked and the sauce tasted just “ok”. I thought the 3 euro per person fee was a bit much. Eating well in Umbria is not difficult, but this does not take away that this restaurant stands out: for the kindness of the dishes, of course, but also for the friendliness of michela and the rest of the staff. Good!
Real local flavors. Everything else is nothing compared.
Excellent cuisine but too expensive account for what you ate
Great food, very friendly staff and attentive to the needs of their customers. among the best restaurants in the area.
Honestly, according to umbria, I expected traditional dishes, but here they don't need fettuccine or pappardelle with wild boar, they only have it as a second. with regard to the appetizer, good ham, bruschette nothing special. the fettuccine with the truffle were good, but I would put a little less oil because it went to cover the flavor of the truffle. very good dumplings with the ragù. good also the tiramisu. All in all a good experience.
