I go to the Toco Hills location at least once a week, but I've noticed that the staff often neglects customers waiting in line because they're too focused on preparing online orders. There have been times when I've stood in line for over five minutes without receiving any acknowledgment. I hope the staff situation will be addressed, as the food is consistently great, which is why I keep coming back.
