Despite being a bit busy, the staff were pleasant and the sandwiches were as expected. Vegetarian options: You can choose exactly what is on your sandwich.
When spending money at any establishment, the first response from a manager should be to apologize for the mistake and seek a solution without placing blame, but that was not the case here. Brandy blamed Door Dash for the mix-up. While I understand that Door Dash has a responsibility to verify orders, it was your restaurant that charged me $10 for extra bacon, which I did not receive. Additionally, the bread you used was not what I ordered, and the lettuce appeared to be a bit old. Brandy insisted that the issue was solely with Door Dash and maintained a poor attitude throughout our interaction. I've spent years in customer service running my own business, and if any of my employees treated customers with the lack of empathy and respect displayed by this Subway manager, I would have fired them immediately. It's concerning to think that she is training others to behave similarly. I’ve decided to take my hard-earned money elsewhere until this branch improves its policies and trains its staff with the right attitude and leadership skills. All I needed was a simple apology when I walked in with my incorrect order, but it seemed that was too much to ask. Even just hearing the word "sorry" would have sufficed. I strongly advise against visiting this Subway until they make necessary changes in employee training, particularly for their managers. Brandy's approach has cost Subway a loyal customer. I’m truly disappointed by the service I received.
