Wow this food truck has amazing food!! Our wings had crispy skin (a MUST for wings) and the homemade blue cheese dipping was PHENOMENAL. Rivals or tops sit restaurants with similar menus. Great value for the quality of food too. We met the chef and he shared that they blow up and smoke their own meat. You can say that care and love goes into the creation of all dishes. High-quality food. Better than going to a restaurant! They are very friendly chefs and take care of the quality. When I see them back in the area, I definitely go back and recommend you try them out!
You were some of the nicest people ever. I gave a tour to Colonial Williamsburg on July 4 when someone in my group was overheated and almost burned. I ran to the truck and explained what happened and they gave my group some water. One of the most beautiful things I experienced in my life.
The best food truck I've had so far. Perfect frits, shrimps and crab cake sandwiches.
We had the brisket sandwich and fries and it was so delicious. No gristle, no stringy fat, just beautiful, soft, and tender. It was smoked to perfection which surprised me as a Texan. Great job. I'm definitely trying the lobster corn dog next!
