Terrible service. They kept talking to each other as if they weren't following an order. The girl didn't even know how to tell me the ingredients of a tisane. I wanted it cold and they gave it to me hot because they didn't even ask me. And I asked for a caramel dip and they gave me 2 and of course they charged me. View all feedback.
Compré una caja de churros, la atención fue basta, al subirme a mi carro quisimos comernos los churros y los churros estaban totalmente fríos, no tibios, no temperatura ambiente estaban fríos. Me regresé y le dije a la chica que no deberían de dar churros fríos puesto que los churros se comen calientes, su respuesta fue: “Aquí así se manejan” a lo cual respondí “Deberían poner un letrero donde diga que se venden churros fríos”. Le pedí mi devolución, me ofreció churros recién hechos y no se lo acepté, después de una llamada que hizo la chica procedió a devolverme mi dinero. Churros sobre valorados
Te entregan los churros super fríos y tiesos y les comentamos que un churro debe estar caliente y te dicen que si los quieres calientes que un tiempo de 25min de espera pero que aunque estén super fríos son frescos.......
Excelente servicio, muy amables, rápidos, lo recomiendo ampliamente.
