I have read the good reviews on trip advisor and was disappointed. yes, the load has a Japanese at-home feeling with all the manga dressed the walls and the decor, but the eating was only sufficient and the service was very, very substandard. Our...he was sloppy not to bring the right things, and he wasn't very attentive. I probably won't return.

Its one of the most authentic japanese food restaurants, it's kind of homemade, the woman in charge is japanese (thats where its authenticity comes from), if you're japanese looking for something to remind you of home you can go there, if you're just someone that...appreciates other cultures, you can go there, I went there around 5pm and it wasn't very full but I've heard it sometimes gets pretty crowded. The top floor is full (crowded) with manga (in japanese as well). Excellent prices. 10 out of 10 would reccommend.

Excellent dishes, with a menu that includes appetizers, soup, sushi, main course, dessert, and beverage, all delicious. Better to arrive early or make a reservation. The owner Mrs Keiko is also the chef, a very nice and kind lady. You can reserve for special ocassions...or celebrations. I recommend it a lot. We really love to eat here.

This is our favorite Japanese restaurant in Mexico City. eating is delicious and with traditional Japanese taste. they have a 4-course menu that is great if they want to taste different flavors. we're coming back.

You could not imagine having a good lunch with an extremely busy city car train in Mexico City. when they make their understanding and enter the terrible traffic of Mexico City and stop in konohanetei, they will not regret it. it is a small premise in the second level of a tiny commercial plaza. there is no adjective in the language to qualify for eating; only close their eyes and enjoy the taste. Make sure to book before, there are less than ten tabs that spread the word! the best indicator of its quality is the amount of mixed Mexican-Japanese marshes that they find.
